POSITION 1
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Lead and develop a divisional team of specialists to support branch underwriting operations.
• Streamline and promote efficient case flow between branches and the division within prescribed timelines.
• Ensure prudent underwriting practices and compliance with the company’s underwriting manual.
• Review and finalize terms for specialized and significant business proposals delegated to branches.
• Monitor operating results at customer, group, sector, product, and branch levels.
• Coordinate with Head Office for alignment and support.
• Manage divisional administrative matters effectively
