POSITION: RECOVERY – UAE OPERATIONS
GRADE: OFFICER – POLICY ADMIN
LOCATION: UAE BACK OFFICE, KARACHI
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage policy-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the UAE Recovery team for case updates and administrative support.
- Maintain and update internal systems with relevant case and policy information.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and support in recovery processes.
- Prepare and submit reports as per department requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education or a Bachelor’s degree (completed in 2020 or earlier).
- Associate degrees are not acceptable.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office and data entry tools).
