Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector, particularly in Bancassurance, Operations, and Post-Issuance processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Job Role:
- Drive persistency initiatives and improve renewal performance.
- Oversee post-issuance servicing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of customer requests.
- Strengthen coordination and engagement with channel partners and regional sales teams.
- Manage reporting, reconciliation, and compliance-related requirements.
- Support operational enhancements and process improvements across the channel.
