Location: Head Office, Karachi. Experience: 06 months – 01 year of experience Qualification: At least Intermediate

Job Role: Responsible for registering all incoming complaints in the task management system, from various sources (phone, courier, walk-ins, portals, and emails), initiating acknowledgment through calls and letters, and gathering case details from internal departments. Required to guide clients on unclear or misdirected complaints, draft and dispatch policy-related letters, and handle document retrievals for DMS upload. Also attends walk-in clients to resolve grievances, maintains regular client coordination, and serves as the team’s focal person for follow-ups.
