We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and expand our sales operations in the Pediatrics and Injectables segment.”
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned regions.
-Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
-Ensure effective coverage of territories through planning and team deployment.
-Provide training and development support to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
-Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Graduate, preferably in Science or Business Studies.
-Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the pharma industry.
-Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales dynamics, particularly in Injectables and Pediatrics.
