POSITION: SUPERVISOR CALL CENTER – QUALITY ASSURANCE

DEPARTMENT: CALL CENTER

LOCATION: ISB CORPORATE HQT

EDUCATION: BACHELORS DEGREE

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CALL CENTER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer proficiency with advanced expertise in spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiar with call evaluation matrices and reporting processes
  • Must be capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to lead and manage the quality assurance team.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial, including flexibility to work varying shifts based on business requirements.
  • Prior experience in call center quality assurance and operations is preferred.
