We are currently Recruiting CS Interns for Customer Service department at warehouse in Korangi, Karachi. This internship offers hands-on experience with a clear opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱: PKR 20,000/- per month
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 3 Months (Leading to Permanent Role Based on Performance)
𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
𝟭. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻
- Assist in responding to customer queries across digital platforms
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication
- Maintain customer interaction records
𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Support daily call centre operations
- Assist with customer coordination and follow-ups
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment
