We’re Recruiting: Assistant Manager – Creative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing campaign concepts for seasonal launches, lookbooks, photoshoots, and digital content.
- Translate briefs into compelling visuals and storyboards that align with the brand’s identity.
- Design and oversee assets for social media, website banners, packaging, and branding collaterals.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure creative execution aligns with commercial objectives.
- Support photoshoots from mood boarding and set styling to post-production, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
- Work closely with stylists, photographers, and videographers to maintain a cohesive visual language.
- Ensure all visual output adheres to brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand or agency, with a strong fashion-oriented portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Procreate are a plus.
- Strong layout and design sensibility with a fashion-forward approach.
- Basic understanding of fashion styling, lighting, and digital content formats.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively.
