We’re Recruiting: Senior Technical Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for products, including dimension and specifications.
- Document precise measurement, construction method and assembly instructions to support production and compliance.
- Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and supply chain teams to ensure product alignment with the original design vision.
- Adapt patterns across various sizes while maintaining consistency and precision.
- Revise and update tech packs based on design feedback and development changes.
- Cross-check product samples to ensure technical accuracy and support the final approval process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical design, preferably in fashion or apparel manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using digital tech pack tools
- Understanding of quality and production processes
- Worked with vendors on sample development
