Oversees daily stitching operations to meet production schedules and targets by ensuring efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials. The role includes monitoring line balancing, improving operator efficiency, and coordinating with the IE and QA teams to maintain quality and productivity. Responsibilities also include leading continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring machine maintenance, training staff on stitching techniques, and enforcing safety and labor compliance within the department.
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 6 – 8 Years in the Textile Industry
Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
