The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate patterns for new garment samples based on design specifications, ensuring proper fit, construction, and production feasibility. The candidate should also be proficient in 3D, capable of developing accurate digital patterns, understanding fit and grading, and interpreting complex tech packs and specifications. This role plays a vital part in transforming design concepts into high-quality, production-ready prototypes. The Masker sample tailors, and merchandisers to support timely and efficient sample development.
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master in Fashion Designing
Experience: Proven experience as a Pattern Master and in denim Manufacturing (3+ years preferred)
Skills: Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern grading. Adjust patterns to fit various sizes and fabric types. Proficiency in 2D and 3D Software
