The Garment Wet Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete denim wet process cycle, ensuring adherence to fashion trends, sustainability standards, and quality benchmarks. This role demands deep technical knowledge of denim washing processes, close coordination with dry process teams, and proactive execution of approved wash developments.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing the wet processing workflow, maintaining wash quality and hand-feel consistency, and ensuring compliance with sustainability guidelines. The incumbent will also be responsible for inventory monitoring, department planning, and maintaining updated wash process documentation.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- In-depth knowledge of denim wet processing techniques, with a focus on sustainable and trend-driven washes.
- Coordination with the dry process team to ensure alignment and timely execution of approved denim styles.
- Implementation and enforcement of quality control protocols to meet fabric and garment specifications.
- Continuous inventory monitoring and data updates for departmental efficiency.
