- The minimum chest measurement for males is 32 ¾” – 34 ¾”.
- Weight should as be as per Body Mass Index.
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years. However, the government may grant relaxation in the upper age limit, which is 5 x Years.

- 01 Mile running in 07:30 minutes for Males
- 01 Mile running in 13:00 minutes for Females.
- 22 Pushups in 2 minutes.
