Position Details

Assistant Director (Technical Analyst)

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory.
  • Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience:

  • Preferably 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, business users, and technical teams, to gather and validate requirements.
  • Analyze current (As-Is) and design future (To-Be) business processes.
  • Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and SRS documents.
  • Create user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
  • Support architecture discussions and system integrations with NDEL and Digital ID frameworks.
  • Perform data analysis for system feature prioritization.
  • Validate interoperability and API contracts across services.
  • Prepare reports, visualizations, and technical documentation.
  • Support user training, testing (functional, integration, UAT), and adoption.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined business and technical requirements.
  • Recommend system improvements and assist in performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong coordination between technical, business, and policy stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating structured reports and technical presentations.
