ATCO is Recruiting Commercial Stability Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and maintain inventory of stability samples; initiate studies and prepare protocols.
· Perform analysis of stability samples as per approved specifications and methods.
· Compile and submit stability summary reports on time.
· Maintain inventory of chemicals, glassware, and lab supplies.
· Perform in-house calibration/verification and ensure proper maintenance of instruments (e.g., balances, pH meters).
· Maintain daily environmental monitoring records for labs, refrigerators, and freezers.
· Ensure calibration, cleanliness, and compliance with GLP and safety protocols, including PPE use.
· Prepare, review, and update SOPs, specifications, and testing methods.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of QC documentation; report OOS, OOT, atypical results, or GMP non-compliance.
· Stay updated with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, PIC/S, DRAP, and other standards; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
· Participate in audits, training, and proficiency testing.
· Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
Education & Experience:
· M.Sc. (Chemistry), Pharm-D or BS (Chemistry)
· Minimum of 6 months in QC
Skills:
· Strong understanding of QC principles and practices.
· Basic knowledge of Safety/EHS rules.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in QC laboratory equipment and software.
ATCO is Recruiting FG Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, store, and test semi-finished and finished product samples as per approved specifications and methods.
· Ensure timely analysis and release of products aligned with production schedules.
· Prepare and standardize chemical solutions (indicator, volumetric, test) per USP/BP.
· Perform in-house calibration/verification of instruments (e.g., balances, pH meters) and ensure maintenance.
· Maintain records of environmental monitoring (lab, refrigerators, freezers) and ensure GLP compliance.
· Manage inventory of chemicals, glassware, and lab supplies.
· Ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date QC documentation.
· Draft, review, and update SOPs, specifications, and testing methods (STMs).
· Report and document OOS, OOT, atypical results, or GMP violations promptly.
· Participate in audits and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, PIC/S, DRAP.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
· Participate in training sessions and proficiency testing.
· Follow safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance.
Education & Experience:
· M.Sc. (Chemistry), Pharm-D, or BS (Chemistry)
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in QC
