ATCO is Recruiting Field Training Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and follow a detailed training schedule with clear objectives and a shared agenda.
· Prepare and distribute relevant course materials to participants.
· Establish and communicate training objectives clearly to the group.
· Demonstrate strong product and subject knowledge; confidently cover content and address participant questions.
· Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction and participation.
· Involve all participants actively, foster contributions and support post-training action planning.
· Use observation and listening skills to assess and guide participant performance effectively.
· Provide opportunities for practice, track progress and follow up to reinforce learning.
Education & Experience:
· 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
· B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D.
