Responsibilities
- We manage student internship and experiential learning programs, connecting academia with real-world experience.
- We plan and execute employee engagement programs and organizational surveys that foster collaboration, motivation, and belonging.
- To facilitate Learning and Innovation process in organization we organize HR and Learning & Innovation Conferences, seminars, and internal events to strengthen our culture of shared learning.
- We design and support values embedding frameworks.
- We drive organizational change initiatives, helping teams adapt and grow effectively.
- We collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of OD-related projects, corporate targets, and inter-departmental meetings.
- We lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and process excellence.
- We develop and edit corporate newsletters, amplifying our internal communications and achievements.
- We serve as internal trainers, conducting impactful soft skills and professional development sessions.
- We champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing as part of our commitment to creating a thriving workplace.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university.
- 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, preferably in an industrial or large corporate setup.
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, employee engagement strategies, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
