Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a medical academic with:
- Ph.D. degree OR MBBS (or equivalent) with a higher diploma (e.g., FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, US Board Certification, or equivalent).
- Recognized at the national and preferably international level in their field (basic or clinical sciences).
- At least 7 years of administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program, or institution.
- Proven leadership qualities with a strong record in teaching and research.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Head of the Medical College.
- Responsible for all undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research activities.
- Oversee budgetary and financial matters related to the medical school.
