𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Plan, design, and implement effective internal and external training programs for employees at all levels.
o Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with department heads and align programs accordingly.
o Recruit, evaluate and onboard professional external trainers as per training needs.
o Develop training content and presentations tailored to different audiences.
o Propose and justify new training initiatives based on business goals and individual development plans.
o Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
o Take full ownership of planning and coordinating Townhall meetings, including: Content creation and PowerPoint presentation preparation, Hosting or co-hosting the sessions confidently. Ensuring end-to-end execution and communication.
o Support and help execute Health Awareness Sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
o Play a leading role in Annual Management Meetings, including coordination, content planning, and execution.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
o Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
o 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, preferably in a corporate HR.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident and well-spoken.
o Strong understanding of modern training tools, delivery methods, and adult learning principles.
o Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation/design tools.
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage audiences and build relationships with external trainers.
o Experience in organizing and managing corporate events is a plus.
