𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Drive operational excellence initiatives across all business units (Retail Stores, Warehouse and HO) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
o Develop, standardize, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure consistent performance and compliance across operational functions.
o Conduct process audits and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, propose corrective actions, and monitor successful implementation.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Analytics, Supply Chain, and Store Operations) to ensure data integrity, timely reporting and seamless execution of improvement plans.
o Leverage data analytics and performance dashboards to identify trends, track progress, and support decision-making.
o Manage end-to-end execution of operational improvement initiatives — from problem identification to solution deployment and performance measurement.
o Support training and development programs to strengthen process discipline and operational capabilities across teams.
o Partner with leadership to translate business goals into operational strategies, ensuring alignment between strategic direction and on-ground execution.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
o Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in Operations
Excellence, Process Improvement or related roles in retail & FMCG.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Expertise in process mapping and root cause analysis.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Supervise daily fulfillment center operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
o Ensure timely and accurate order processing in coordination with E-commerce and Logistics teams.
o Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and warehouse utilization.
o Support in developing and implementing SOPs, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.
o Coordinate manpower planning, shift schedules and resource allocation for optimal productivity.
o Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational discipline in the warehouse.
o Assist in system-based reporting and performance tracking through WMS and Excel dashboards.
o Identify gaps in workflow and propose process enhancements to improve turnaround times.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline.
o 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
o Strong analytical, coordination, and team management skills.
o Working knowledge of WMS, Excel, and order fulfillment systems.
o Ability to handle fast-paced environments with attention to detail and accuracy.
