Personal Banker – Taqwa Islamic Banking (Grade: OG-II to AVP-I)
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Mobilize deposits and ensure business growth.
- Reach out to clients through personal visits and calls.
- Deepen existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of new business prospects.
- Make proactive calls to existing and potential customers.
- Provide clients with product information and recommend suitable solutions.
- Assist customers in opening and managing accounts as per bank SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university.
- Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of application date.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience (preference for candidates with relevant expertise).
