Prepare cakes according to recipes & Baskin-Robbins specifications and standards.
Decorating cakes using various techniques such as frosting shelling.
Ensuring quality and consistency in all cakes.
Interacting with Branch managers to understand their needs and customer’s preferences
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed & cake distribution plan according to branch requirements.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
