POSITION Deputy Manager Business Development
Location Regional Office – Karachi
EDUCATION MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE 6-7 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION The position manages business development initiatives for Beaconhouse. Key responsibilities include:
- Projecting student strength for the upcoming year.
- Planning class segregation based on capacity and market potential.
- Increasing student numbers by planning new campuses or expanding existing ones while conducting competitor analysis.
- Developing financial feasibility plans for schools and Creating budget plans.
- Identifying markets, locations, and properties for new schools and capacity expansion.
- Initiating negotiations with landlords for commercial terms.
