QUALIFICATION Masters in a relevant field (Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Special Education, Remedial Therapy)
EXPERIENCE 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable institute
CORE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Advance understanding of child psychology
- Understanding of special needs and learning disabilities
- Educational methodology (understanding/knowledge of specific intervention programmes)
- Application of various instructional design approaches to learning content and to professionally design and implement engaging and effective teaching and learning strategies
- Knowledge of different behaviour management strategies
- Proficiency in MS-Office suite
