Position : Senior Manager HR -Training and Organizational Development

Head Office, Lahore

We are looking for a Senior Manager Learning & Organizational Development to lead our HR strategies in structuring, training, and talent development. The ideal candidate will ideally have 8-10 years of experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organizational structuring, and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and learning strategies.
  • Lead organizational structuring and job profiling.
  • Oversee LMS planning, development, and execution.
  • Design and drive training programs based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content development and delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organizational structuring, and content creation.
  • Strong expertise in Mercer Job Evaluation Framework and LMS/Moodle.
  • Experience in talent management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
