How to Apply for Latest BISE Multan Jobs?
- Legal Advisor, appointed on part time basis in BISE, Multan shall be governed under the instructions of Govt. of Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, issued vide Memo No. Gen:2- 1/2008/1941 dated 14.05.2011, directions of this institution and prevalent terms and conditions.
- This appointment will be subject to final approval by the Govt. of the Punjab, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department. However, preference will be given to those who have relevant experience of any BISE
- Expected Remuneration/Retainership alongwith contingencies for Legal Advisor will be as under:
- Appeal cases in Civil and High court
- Professional fee for the apex Court e) Contingent charges/miscellaneous Rs.150,000/- per month lump sum (indusive al taxes) Rs.800/- per case except appeal cases. Rs.1,000/- per case except appeal Cases. 1-1/2 time of the approved contingency of concerned Court rate. Rs. 15,000/- per case for AOR. Rs.10,000/- per case Expenses including judicial tickets, oath commissioner & others for the preparation of case about 11 copies, in case of Apex Court.
- TA/DA will be admissible equal to BPS-18 (if needed).
- (The selected Legal Advisor will be offered part time appointment (purely on temporary basis) at a remuneration which may be lesser than the maximum remuneration offered.
- The appointee will not claim regularization of his services against the post appointed for in any case.
- Tenure will be of two (02) years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
- However, this appointment can be revoked any time by serving one month notice from either side.
- The Legal Advisor, so appointed shall be bound to protect the interest of BISE, Multan.
- The appointee will not appear in any court of law in a matter detrimental to the Interest of BISE, Multan nor present any office/agency or matter against the BISE, Multan.
- The selected candidate will not be provided office, staff, law books, vehicles, telephone and other such facilities.
- Incomplete applications shall not be entertained. Applications of the interested candidates complete in all respect (hardcopy) should reach in the office of Secretary, BISE, Multan till 15.04.2025 before closing hours.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the journey performed for test/interview. Application form can be downloaded from www.bisemultan.edu.pk.
