Location: Karachi
Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (preferably in Payroll, Grievance Handling, and Final Settlement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Process employee final settlements, including clearance, documentation, and exit procedures.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and related documentation.
- Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Flow HCM
