WE ARE Recruiting Senior Executive E-Commerce
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order processing from Shopify until successful fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory and timely dispatch
- Ensure smooth customer journey by maintaining product availability, accurate information, and efficient checkout processes
- Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns while ensuring proper record-keeping
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify experience is mandatory)
- Experience in order management systems and fulfillment processes
- Good understanding of inventory coordination and logistics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
