- Experience: Minimum 17 years, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of government processes & IT infrastructure.
- Experience in PPRA procurement rules, budgeting, cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles)
Develop and implement CDA’s IT Roadmap for digitization and a paperless environment.
- Lead the design and management of secure IT infrastructure, networks, and data centers.
- Ensure compliance with Government IT policies, cyber laws, and digital governance standards.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Oversee mobile apps and citizen-centric digital platforms.
- Direct in-house software development teams for timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with federal/provincial IT bodies and regulators.
- Manage procurement and budgeting in line with PPRA Rules.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in public service delivery.
