Deputy Manager (Security)
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CPGCL)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure 24/7 physical security of plants, colonies, and installations.
- Conduct security risk assessments and enforce access control protocols.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and administration for intelligence sharing.
- Coordinate with O&M contractors for internal security.
- Develop and implement site safety plans ensuring compliance.
- Manage company resources efficiently.
- Arrange logistics and protocol for VIP visits, board meetings, and audits.
- Supervise official events, trainings, and regulatory inspections.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline from HEC-recognized university.
- Retired officers of armed forces (Lt. Col. or above).
- Must have Exemplary service record and Medical Category A.
- Preference for candidates with relevant experience in corporate/plant security.
