We are Recruiting! Fashion Marketer & Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities: Conduct seasonal trend research and collaborate with the Design Head to align future collections with forecasted styles, consumer preferences, and seasons/events. Collaborate closely with merchandisers to identify garments that align with seasonal trends and consumer preferences. Analyze product performance and market demand to determine which items to prioritize for marketing and promotional efforts. Communicate merchandising insights effectively to the creative team, ensuring the development of aligned and impactful content strategies. Provide input on visual and digital marketing approaches based on merchandising priorities. Act as a key liaison between the merchandising and creative teams to maintain a unified brand message.
Education: Minimum BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience: More than 2 years’ experience required (retail, fashion background is a plus).
