WE’RE Recruiting Category Buyer – (Cosmetics, Health & Beauty)
Requirements:
- Assortment planing
- Vendor Relation ships
- Manage current vendor relationships to ensure first access to the newest products and most productive best selling products
- Constantly nurture partnerships effectively negotiating product costing, securing advantageous payment terms and managing the day-to-day business relationship to ensure smooth delivery of goods and optimize sales growth potential.
Marketing
- Negotiate special pricing for marketing calendar promotions with partners, coordinating across teams, and spearhead creative opportunities to further drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of stock presentation and display.
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Branding activities through vendors.
- Ensure availability of demanding products on display.
- Adequate product knowledge.
- Awareness of market trends.
- Sourcing and building relationship with new suppliers.
- Sound knowledge of quality products.
Education: Bachelors
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
