Position: Senior Officer HR Technology
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in data management, reporting, or analytics, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel, including functions, dashboards, and data visualization, or experience with HRIS systems. Exposure to SAP Success Factors reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or Power BI would be considered an added advantage.
