1. Business Planning Manager – (OG-I/AVP, Karachi)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze corporate portfolio data on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and track pipeline reports, variance analysis, and forecasting for budgets.
  • Conduct analysis of trade business volumes, disbursements, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Maintain portfolio governance reports including renewals, deferrals, stock reports, and compliance tracking.
  • Generate client-wise profitability and portfolio yield reports.
  • Establish communication with Finance, Risk, Trade, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: At least 3 years in MIS / Business Planning / Analytical reporting.
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of October 7, 2025.

2. Coordinator – (OG-I/AVP, Karachi)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and record management.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for departmental and senior management use.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in developing strategic presentations, monitoring departmental goals, and aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Handle confidential communications and documents.
  • Organize travel, logistics, and event arrangements for the CIBG South team.
  • Identify process improvements and assist in drafting policies and guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years (banking or non-banking).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and analytical ability to handle financial/business data.
