REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in denim garment finishing. With at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Ability to interpret wash recipes and technical specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the denim finishing department.
- Ensure all finishing procedures comply with quality and safety standards.
- Train and monitor finishing team members to maintain consistency and quality output.
- Communicate with other departments (e.g., cutting, sewing, washing) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Monitor inventory of finishing materials and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and chemical safety regulations in the finishing process.
