Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Branch/Restaurant Manager in the food & beverage industry (pizza or QSR experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
