WE ARE Recruiting MANAGER/AM OPERATIONS TEHSIL
Short listed candidates can be transferred anywhere in Punjab.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee waste collection, transport, and disposal at the tehsil level.
- Serve as the main contact between regional and tehsil staff.
- Coordinate resource allocation (staff, vehicles, equipment) with the region.
- Resolve operational challenges through effective communication.
- Optimize waste collection schedules and routes.
- Ensure best cleanliness practices in the area / tehsil.
- Facilitate staff training and development for better performance.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience (Preferably in Waste Management)
- People Management and Leadership Skills
