Position: Deputy Manager Logistics
Location: Karachi
Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Working Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably in a large-scale FMCG environment
- Ensure timely arrangement and dispatch of vehicles for FG stock movement from Karachi factory to regional warehouses and distributors across Pakistan.
- Plan and execute inbound logistics of raw oil from Karachi port to factory in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner.
- Supervise and manage a large pool of dedicated vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and availability based on business needs.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including production, warehousing, planning and sales teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Negotiate, manage, and develop strong relationships with logistics business partners to ensure service quality, compliance, and performance standards.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering vehicle utilization, transit times, delivery adherence, and costs.
