JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server DC, ADC, WSUS, and leading Help Desk teams.
- Proficient in management of CISCO Switches & Firewall, Microtek, Fortinet, SOPHOS, and Network Security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environment.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Master/Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
