JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations within the region.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, storage, and FIFO implementation.
- Maintain optimal stock levels aligned with sales demand and forecasts.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff; ensure discipline and performance.
- Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, stock variance, OT, and turnaround times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-6 years of experience in warehouse/distribution center management (FMCG preferred).
- Strong grip on inventory handling, dispatch coordination, and warehouse controls.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and diverse teams.
