• Eligibility: Retired Armed Forces Personnel (JCO – Sub Major / Sub or equivalent Clerk by Trade).
• Medical Category: AYE.
• Conduct: Clean conduct and record required.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office with good clerical and organizational skills.
• Age Limit: Up to 52 years.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – Retired Armed Forces Persons

• Eligibility: Retired NCOs (Clerk by Trade) from Armed Forces.
• Medical Category: AYE.
• Conduct: Clean conduct and record required.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Efficient in MS Office, typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – Civilian (Male/Female)

• Qualification: Graduate, Computer Course Qualified.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Retired Armed Forces Persons

• Eligibility: Retired Lance Naik / Sepoy (Clerk by Trade) from Armed Forces.
• Medical Category: AYE.
• Conduct: Clean conduct and record required.
