Key Qualifications:
💼MBA in Human Resources
📊Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
🌐 2–5 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in the engineering or power sectors is a plus
🏗️ Hands-on experience with performance management, organizational development, training, and engagement initiatives.
