We are Recruiting Chat Support Agent
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues 1 efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Utilize knowledge base and resources to address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
