𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 (𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥 – 𝐑𝐓𝐒 & 𝐑𝐓𝐖)
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Develop and plan seasonal assortments for Women’s RTS & RTW categories
- Work closely with the design team on silhouettes, fabrics, trims, and product details
- Coordinate with vendors, mills, and production units for smooth workflow
- Track production progress and ensure timely execution
- Assist in product costing, pricing, and SKU mix planning
- Analyze past sales to support data-driven category decisions
- Conduct regular market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
- Coordinate with retail and e-commerce teams for product availability
- Monitor category performance, identify slow/fast movers, and recommend actions
- Ensure product quality through inspections and garment checks
- Maintain documentation and ensure clear communication between all departments
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- 2–5 years of experience in Women’s RTS/RTW merchandising.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production cycles.
- Good sense of fashion trends and consumer preferences.
