QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate, hospitality or high-value services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of client escalations, driving timely and effective resolutions.
- Lead client recovery initiatives with strategic follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Handle customer service operations and provide backend support for smooth workflow.
- Coordinate across internal departments and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise on-ground site activities and maintain visitor readiness at all times.
- Support the sales team with backend documentation, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to enhance client experience.
