- minimum B.Com, BBA/B.Sc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Responsible for planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of recovery functions and processes
- Ensure professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys
- Work closely with Regional Head of Recovery to respond recovery concerns with existing and potential clients
