We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager/ Property Consultant/ Senior Property Consultant/ Relationship officer and Relationship Manager to join our team.
Location: Islamabad (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
Sales person will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities
- Research and identify potential customers, and develop strategies to engage with them.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Showcase our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
- Negotiate and Close Sales Deals
- Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: 3 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or in Banking or Insurance company.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
- Industry Knowledge Familiarity with our industry, products, and services.
- Must have Bachelor degree or any relevant degree.
