How to Apply for ECP Jobs in KPK 2025

For Posts BS-11 to BS-16:

1. Apply online via ECP’s Online Recruitment System (ORS).
2. Also send hard copies of the following documents via courier to P.O. Box No. 281, GPO Peshawar:
   • Duly signed application form
   • Auto-generated online application form (as cover note)
   • Educational & experience certificates
   • CNIC
   • Domicile
   • NOC (if applicable)
   • One recent passport size photograph

For Posts BS-02 to BS-09:

• Only submit hard copies of documents mentioned above to P.O. Box No. 281, GPO Peshawar.

Terms and Conditions

1. Apply separately for each post if applying for more than one.
2. Incomplete/partially filled forms will not be entertained.
3. Upper age relaxation (including 05 years general relaxation) is admissible under Government rules.
4. Government quotas for Women, Minorities, and Disabled Persons will be observed.
5. Valid Driving License is mandatory for Driver/Dispatch Rider posts.
6. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
7. Basic IT Training Course is mandatory for:
   • Senior Assistant (06 weeks)
   • Junior Assistant and Sub Assistant (03 weeks)
   • Training must be government recognized.
8. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
10. ECP reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel recruitment at any stage without assigning a reason.
