How to Apply

1. Application Forms are available at the University Book Shop or can be downloaded from www.pmc.edu.pk.
2. Submit the duly filled application form in the Registrar Branch, Faisalabad Medical University, along with the entry test fee of Rs. 5,000/- before November 1, 2025 (office hours: Mon–Thu 09:00 AM–01:00 PM, Fri 09:00 AM–11:30 AM).
3. Eligible candidates will be called for interview with their original documents. (No TA/DA will be provided.)
4. Selected candidates must deposit:
   • Course Fee: Rs. 75,000/- per annum
   • Registration Fee: Rs. 10,000/-
5. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and obtain study leave or EOL before classes begin.
6. Applicants on ad-hoc or contract basis must resign prior to the commencement of classes.

Terms and Conditions

1. Admission is open only to MBBS/BDS graduates or equivalent.
2. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
3. Admission may be cancelled at any stage if false information or misconduct is found.
4. Qualifying the FMU Entrance Test is mandatory for admission to any diploma program.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview attendance.
7. The University reserves the right to revise or cancel any diploma course or seat allocation.
8. Candidates found using forged or misleading documents will be disqualified and subjected to legal action
