Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimum plant efficiency.
- Monitor and control production KPIs (yield, output, OEE, wastage, etc.).
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, FSSC).
- Collaborate with QA/QC to reduce product deviations and improve quality consistency.
- Lead and supervise production teams, shift in-charges, and operators.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skillsets and performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance teams for smooth plant operation and minimum downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for breakdowns.
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production & Maintain production records, reports, and dashboards.
